The Butlers Easter Charity Quiz

Sunday 20th April

The Butlers Easter Charity Quiz Night for Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Charity & Macmillan Cancer Support.

We’d normally do our charity quiz around Christmas time but as circumstances prevented that last year; we’ve decided to do an Easter one instead!

Hosted once again by the very charming and mostly politically correct* Keith Ward. *this statement may not be entirely true.

We are of course missing our other host Chris, but all the more reason to raise some money for some charities doing incredible work!

In order to extract a bit more cash out of you lovely people we’ll be having an auction and a raffle on the night as well – It is for a great cause after all!

Don’t forget,
PLEASE BRING AN IPAD OR TABLET

There’s more…
Because we’ve been donated some AMAZING prizes from some super-generous people we’re going to have one or two auction lots. If you can’t make it we welcome pre-event bids – just drop us an email at mail@butlersarms.co.uk and we’ll be delighted to bid for you on the evening.

*PUBLIC HEALTH WARNING*
This quiz is definitely for over 18s!
The host is not generally THAT OFFENSIVE*
However, we cannot guarantee that he won’t make inappropriate jokes.
*another somewhat inaccurate statement

This is our great big, not very polite, often downright rude, not in the least bit respectable and sometimes a little bit sweary, but not too much in case we offend (I mean no one minds the odd f**k do they?) Quiz.

Questions will range from (mostly) General Knowledge to a few more random and obscure.
Our aim is for you guys have a fun night out whilst raising money for charities that are very close to all of our hearts.

N.B. The restaurant will be closed.
However bar snacks, burgers etc will be available 6pm-8pm.

Entry is £2 per person all of which gets split between
Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital & Macmillan Cancer Support.

We’ve decided to take bookings this time around so please give us a call on 01213080765 to get your table secured.

Please note: We can ALWAYS do with more prizes, so if you (or anyone you know) would be able to donate something to this wonderful cause we will be eternally* grateful!
*Well maybe not eternally, but at least until the next one.

Band Night with Dukes of Haggard

Friday 25th April
Live from 9pm

It’s Band Night Baby!

We’re welcoming back the fabulous Dukes of Haggard!

If the voice sounds familiar, the lead singer Richard is the voice of the Chris Moyles jingles, and what a voice that is!!

They’re brilliant musicians, with great banter and the best covers to get you
singing and dancing all night!

This is going to be a very busy night, so please get down early if you want to secure a table!

The one you’re all asking about…

The Butlers Alfresco Party!

Sunday 4th May
*star wars day

After the huge success of our previous Alfresco Parties… We couldn’t not do another one!

Once again we’ll be transforming the car park, putting up the gazebos, bringing out the benches… and I’m thinking a few more outside bars this year!

Join us for live music, dancing and street food!

We’ve got ‘Luigi’ from Angela’s Trattoria For Your Fries Only, Chocolate Treats and our very own Butlers Hut bringing you the very best wood fired pizzas, burgers, loaded fries and probably the best brownies you’ll ever eat.
Served between 1pm-7pm.

We’ll have two outdoor bottle bars as well as a wine & Prosecco bar.
All outside bars will be cash only.

The legend that is Tony Skeggs from Liverpool’s The Cavern Club will be starting off the live music around 2pm followed by our resident band and local guys Goat on a Trolley starting just after 4pm.

Disco Dave will be here throughout the day doing a few DJ sets in between and finishing off the music around 8pm.

There’s no booking for this event… It’s first come, first serve so get down early to bag a table*!
*feel free to bring your camping chairs!
